It's a great drive if you can get two days off. Stay in the Travelodge.
Otherwise, you're looking at ringing the bus companies.

Da-Mini, are you talking about taking a bus up from cork to derry on bus eireann or would ramblers supporters organize a bus?
google earth says going up by dublin and up the motorways is the best way, its not the shortest but it has the best roads to more than make up the 50km difference via the direct route.Quote:

definitely drive to dublin and take motorway to belfast /derry its the quickest i drove Belfast to cork in just over 5.5 hours including garage stop 75% of the journey is good roads and NI has good road signs etc easy to get about;)
is there anyone staying up in derry monday night, making a night of it.
