I could be wrong but I think it's at the promoted team's ground.
I imagine it'll be staged around the same time as the promotion/relegation playoff.

I agree its a little harsh on Cobh having to travel up to us on a Monday night, butyou have to remember it is your 2nd chance against us, as we had to travel away to yous midweek in the League Cup. They could have made it for a Saturday night and suited everyone
