Presume English semi-pro just means playing non-league football?
Mark Kinsella played for Colchester United in the Conference in the early nineties - could be him?

Eamonn was capped at Mossley in 1979 before moving to Everton, he was later capped five times for Ireland

Morrison hasn't been capped at U21 level for England - if he had, he'd not have been eligable for Ireland any more.Quote:
