Just hit ctrl alt delete and shut down aul rick through the task manager.
Easier still - gos to the toolbar, right click then close, then just hold down the enter key, as you race through the lyrics. My record time for dodging a rickroll is 8 secs - just be careful that you don't start a new one off.
