Does anyone know what that's about? Does it actually effect Shelbourne?

I have some stuff about the original agreement between Cafolla and kilkenny stored away somewhere and off the top of my head I cant say if this effects us at all. I'll have a look through it later if I get a chance. this court battle has been talked about for a while now but I'm not sure if anyone knows what it means for us
