I see the young lads are through to the next round of the cup after beating sligo rovers in the showgrounds 2-1 after extra time.

well done lads.

Very poor showing from Galway imo. Not finishing the easy chances was our let down though.

The reason Sligo lost was because they only scored one goal whereas Galway United scored two.

Oh, and eventhough Galway United had a poor showing, Sligo didn't finish the easy chances. That was your let down.

Solid 1st half performance from Galway seen you through, a lot better from Limerick in the second half and plenty of chances at either end, no arguing with the scoreline though.
