West Ham made a late bid to sign Robert Earnshaw so they are looking for a striker.

There was a Bolton scout at the Longford Cork game during the week also although he wouldnt say who he was there for - Donovan or Gamble me thinks . . . . . . or Freeman maybe
He could be after the Valur keeper as the natural replacement for Roy Carroll.
