Just wondering if this club (the former LoI one) still exists, and if not what happened to it?
yes they play junior football in the limerick desmond league
Last year the Junior team won a treble in the desmond league, this year they got to the last 16 of the FAI Junior Cup, and Daniel Power was capped with the Junior International they were League of Ireland for four years 1944-48 I think
Cheers lads... magpies Newcastlewest were n the LoI much more recently than that... 1985-1990 in fact.
