They wouldn't get away with it. It is layed out in the eL/FAI merger document. The 2008 season will have 3 down, 1 up and no playoffs to reduce the premier to 10 teams for the 2009 season. So whoever does go up this year will have a fight to stay there next year!
So the winner of the playoff will definitly be in premier next year along with Div 1 champs, for definite??
