If long term leases don't count, that will rule out most clubs
We did - now I guess Liam Carroll does
Drogs "sort of do", providing they pay a €60k mortgage back to the FAI and use the money to build a new stadium.
To my knowledge we do.
Galway FA own Terryland Park
Monaghan United FC own all 14-15 acres of its land, lock stock & barrel!
We do but its costing us big time at the moment!!
Wexford Youths - lord of all we survey.
On the pitch it's a different story!
We're working on that part.
Newbridge Town own KCFCs ground. I don't know what way the lease works, but we pay them for the use. They also have a place on our board, so the relationship is obviously strong.
We have a 99-year lease with the Town Council, iirc.
Finn Park is held in Trust. This means we can't borrow against it, but can benefit from its value as we are doing with our stadium move. The new ground will also be owned by the Trustees.
We own our ground lock stock. And the ground behind it.
We do & have since day 1 afaik
we own ours lock and stock
I think the FAI gave the Cross to the MFA with the intention of a long term lease being given to a LOI club.
Belfield Park and Bowl are both owned outright by the University.
