It's still crazy money and unnecessary for a club like Portsmouth. Liverpool are building one for half that money and Liverpool are 100 times the club that Portsmouth are so the expense is a bit OTT. The only way you can justify it is as a landmark for the south coast, financially and design wise it's fantasy stuff!Quote:
