Just heard rumours that Tolka has been shut down indefinitly due to the state of the pitch.
Word is that Shels will play in Whitehall for the foreseeable.
However where does that leave Rovers - they surely can't use Whitehall for Premier games due to the number of seats etc. at that ground

Add that with 2 senior teams it ruins the surface making it unplayable.The icing on the cake would be to invite rugby to play there.
The Irish rugby league team play some of their matches in Tolka - no joke.
About 2 games a year. Not really a big deal
