Seems like a good idea, although only applying for planning now, may take a bit of time before thats approved.

Could be very lucrative as its a busy enough road for passing trade for the Restaurant etc.

Dunno is this the lack of money solution though? Glad its off the mark at least.

the club are looking for planning permission, you can get planning permission and then sell for a greater price. good idea and has been floating in circles for a number of years

I just hope they'd allow enough room to extend the pitch to full licence length if they do go down the sell it off route.
