Setanta Cup Rules and Regs

I was wondering if someone could give me a link to this seasons rules and regs for the Setanta Cup. Thanks.

They on the FAI site no idea where but someone here got them when the Sligo Ridden Rock Solid episode got its highest ratings.

I can never find anything on the FAI site.
