Dont mean to be pessimistic but from last nights evidence id be particularly worried for our survival hopes. In the past we could get away with having a sub standard manager but now with a different and very small team but the same tactics and game plan its gonna be a fierce struggle. In the past we always had enough quality to get by and survive comfortably enough. What makes me panic most is the bench there is no alternatives. I cannot overstress the importance of not falling behind early on and we are the already the only side not off the mark. We need three points and quick to give us some leeway and at least stop the pressure piling on the team. And with brennan and martin now out for the next games its unlikely to happen next friday. one thing the fans talked about last night was having passion and pride which i think is imperative but can you really see mooney baker and co showing theneccessary character to get us out of it?? I have my doubts somehow!! Gone are the days of vinny perth bursting a gut just to get the ball. aswell as that we are seriously lacking in someone to stick the ball in the net which any team no matter wat their ambitions are needsto do.

it was very depressing to see the way we played on fri nite! it was such a big disappointment to see the indisclipine creepin. the only good thing is that the vocal supporters are making themselves heard at away games -better organised by the younger section o crew- well done lads!:)
it is goin to be a long hard season- we played well for the first fifteen mins but didnt take our chances. sparky was never in the game at all- defensively we are all over the place at the moment. daisy doesnt seem happy to play in his position. dara doyle was very disappointin- bottom two for us im afraid.:(
