. Raf Cratero was a good player for GUFC last season and nobody can begrudge the lad returning to play for his home Club. He should be applauded when lines out for Sligo on Friday night. Anyone who boos him should get their eye poked with a hot poker.

Meanwhile, this season should be the season for John Russell to stand up and he counted. We all know his potential and recognise his amazing skill; the Premier Division is a step which will suit him and I expect the national media to spellbound by his wizardy.

Agree with you on both points. Raf always treated United fans with respect and he should get nothing but respect when he steps onto the pitch on Friday night.
It's time for Russler to come of age, we all know what he can do when he is on form hopefully he can perform to a high level consistently this season.
Derek O'Brien was our most improved player last season and he might have a point to prove against Sligo. I hope he can bag a goal or two, COME ON UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
