GUST Lotto/Season ticket offer

Galway United Supporters Trust are offering supporters and members a large discount if they buy an adult season Galway United season ticket and subscribe to the GUST Lotto.

For just E230, you will be included in every Lotto draw for a year and also gain
entry to all Galway United home games (excluding FAI Cup) for 2007.

Why not let Season ticket holders go to FAI Cup games for free?

The gates are split between competing clubs and the FAI.

In order to let season ticket holders in for free, GUFC would effectively have to pay the opposition a set amount (eg E6) for every season ticket holder.

GUFC are following accepted practice at other EL clubs. Season ticket holders will get free entrance to 16/17 league games, at least three friendlies, and also the possibilty of one or more League Cup matches.

It all makes sense now, I still have to weight it up, being in dublin, tho if I bought a ticket there would be incentive to go down...
Having said that I'm not sure how work would feel about me jumping ship every other friday,
