I just heard him on the radio, and he said that while he will not be General Secretary or applying for the new post of Chief Executive, he will still be there in an administrative capacity.
I do not think anything will ultimately change. I'd venture that this is the token "falling on the sword" but most of the rest of the "changes" will be cosmetic......:(
