Bohemians Reject Recommendation

Bohemians FC today informed the PFAI that they would not comply with the Labour Court recommendation awarded to former Bohs hotshot Alex Nesovic. Despite attempts by the PFAI to resolve this dispute using proper industrial relations procedures, set up by the state and Bohs acceptance of the invitation to attend the Labour Court, the club now wish to ignore the recommendation. The court recommended Bohemians to pay the player a set monetary sum in full and final settlement of the dispute concerning the players’ dismissal by the club. The decision to ignore the recommendation is a major disappointment to the Player and the PFAI. The PFAI and SIPTU will meet next week to discuss Bohemians decision and will decide what further action is required to resolve the situation.
