I read in the paper today that Derry are getting almost 200,000 for him plus a sell-on clause.
I've heard its 100k sterling + 20% sell on clause. Thats over 160k euro so not too far away from the 200.
Selling a player to the english 3rd division for 100k sterling isn't too bad - selling anyone for that amount or less to a Premiership or 1st division team is bad business.
why would he want to go to the 3rd division for?
He was quoted in the Star yesterday as saying that he thought that moving to Carlisle would make him a better player.:rolleyes:
