have to wonder about some people

I was in tolka last night. Still nursing a sore throat. but that's beside the point. During the game, certain people claiming to be dundalk fans took it on themselves to shout abuse at some ex dundalk players who were at the game. Stephen McGuinness, James Keddy and David Crawley took time out to see their former team play and all they got for their troubles was that they were called judas and traitor. That sickens me. In the past, former dundalk players returning to watch us or play against us always got a warm reception, in many cases getting more cheers than the dundalk players themselves. If things are not working out for them at Dundalk and, for whatever reason, they cannot or do not want to continue to play for the club, that is their choice and they should not be condemned for it. Nor should they be subject to that kind of abuse.
