No they are not the U21 fixtures are not tied to the senior games any more and they have their own qualifying group.
U21s are home to Belgium on the Friday. It's on Sky Sports though so should be able to get a pub over there showing it
Germany U21s play Northern Ireland in Lurgan on the friday night.
Really crazy not to tie in the U21 fixtures with the senior team.
