Croke Park tickets/Stuttgart

Two questions:

Anyone know the likely KO for the game in Stuttgart, or even whether it's likely to be an afternoon or evening game?

Also, does anyone have an idea what the ticketing arrangments are likely to be for the Croke Park qualifiers? Do you think they'll go on gen sale? What's happening to Croker anyway - are they developing Hill 16, leaving it closed, or bolting seats down on it?

Hill 16 will have bucket seats and used to hold the away fans.
