Stephen Ireland to be back for pre-season

Stephen Ireland had recovered from the calf strain that kept him out of the end of season run in for Man City and will be in pre-season training soon.
So, presumably, he will be in the squad for the dutch game

hope he has been doing a bit of bench pressing during the summer as well, needs to beef up if he wants to play centre mid.
