Is he even any good?
a handy 12 mil for united though
Yeah, for anyone who can't be bothered to open up the article, that's £12m Chelsea are paying United over the next year for the player's registration.Quote:

25m euro for 19 year old relatively unproven at top level.
Its the Chelsea tax. Everyone knows that money is no object for them so they bump the price by 500-600%
Obi is rated at £4m. Why should Chelsea pay £16m? Isn't obvious that the £12m is a pay off to Man U in exchange for dropping the charges.
None of us knows how good Obi is? but one thing is for sure Chelsea out mussel Man U.Quote:

Why did Lynn get £4m if he had already signed for Man Utd? Signing-on fee or something?
I watched this guy playing during the African Nations cup and i thought he was outstanding...he is a very well built guy as a lot of the african players seem to be..he is very dominant in the centre of the park and is definetly in the Keane sort of mould as a dominant central player...i dont know what Chelsea have planned for him this season but he is definetly one of the best young midfielders i have seen in a long time...that 16 mill will look like peanuts in a couple of seasons...
rehabs!!
