A senior official in the Eircom League said that Rovers training facilities were the best in the league and the Showgrounds pitch was one of the top six in the Premier League comments made today in the Champion from John Byrne acting manager of the Eircom League following a recent visit to the ground.
Also in another article in the same paper Sean Connor denied any speculation he had applied for the vacant Walsall job which has been since filled.

The weekenders mightnt be as good as the champions but its still very good. I think us rovers fans are lucky to have 2 papers who give great EL coverage. :)
