Paying Junior League Managers
Just a general question to get a survey of how many current Junior League Teams in the country pay their managers or re-imburse them in some way?
I think Westport united are going to go down this road shortly by getting a Mr. O'Connor (current Corrib Rangers manager) to coach the Junior Team.
What is the general consensus on paying coahes and do we think it is for the good of club football in all junior leagues?
What is the standard payment range or compensation?
I think travel expenses, communication expenses, and a base wage of around 450 euro a week are what I've heard being bandied about for this guy?
