After a meeting on Tuesday none of these games
(with the possible exception of Mervue) were
going to go ahead. :confused:
As for Mondays game against Shams, Shams apparently
knew bugger all about it as they were fixed to play Kilkenny
in Buckley Park - which they lost 1-0?
It was supposedly refixed for Saturday, but Mels isnt available,
and then refixed for Dublin but Shams apparently couldnt get a
pitch in Dublin as Bluebell Utd. was unavailable
When an alternative midlands ground was suggested,
Dalton Park I persume, Buckley refused to travel.
I reckon the Nissan must have packed in, either that or
it was burnt out :D
