The guards never caught people in yellow boxes last week so adding penalty points for the offense won't make any difference this week. Only Traffic Corps guards ever stop people for road offences as the other lads off to Spar or somewhere ;)

the gaurds are going overboard today ive seen 13 different gaurds in 3 little villages today .at 11 in the afternoon ( sunny day coincedence i think not )
