Just had the pleasure of watching SA vs Australia live on Sky. Australia scored the highest score ever in one day cricket 434-4 off 50 overs. SA got it with 1 wicket left and 1 ball. Amazing. Over 880 runs scored off 100 overs. SA 437-09. And I had to keep an eye on Man U vs Newcastle, France vs England, India vs England (cricket) and the F1 Grand Prix all at the same time. What a day's sport.
Watched the end of it alright. Crazy stuff. Brilliant commentary too
So cricket can be exciting then?
Was on holidays all last week but saw the highlights in a bar. Amazing stuff. Cricket can indeed be exciting, at its best, though it can be utterly tedious at times. Anyone who can't appreciate a game like that, or the drama of the Sunday morning at Edgbaston during the Ashes is really missing out IMO.
