Article in the Sun

anyone see the article in the sun today,basically what it says is that marty hogan says limerick fc will not be getting any long term lease and that they should start to look for an alternative venue,well hogan`s spokesman:rolleyes: says that.It goes on to quote joe young as basically contradicting that and saying as he is one of the two trustees, that he has the casting vote and that his aim is to keep senior soccer in the city.Does anybody know if this is claim is factual (joe youngs casting vote) or is it still
hogan`s decision at the end of the day :confused:

I don't think anybody really knows anymore. If Joe Young does have the casting vote he doesn't seem to be in any hurry to give Limerick FC a lease which is a bit worrying.

have to agree with you on that one slk,deosn`t fill me with confidence
either,according to reports the other day the fai will be contacting marty
hogan to try to sort it out one way or the other ???
ah - if only i had won the euromillions i could have sorted it meself.

Is that for definite SLK?? How many years?? Will grant money be freed up?? Any chance you could post a copy of it on this site for us doubting Thomases!!!:D

More drama... apparently there's now an agreement to sign the lease but it hasn't actually been signed yet. It's for 21 years I hear.
