CAF - African Club Champions League draw

The wait is finally over as the first two rounds of the Chapions League was made this week.

There is a third round before the last eight clubs enter a group stage to take place before WorldCup06.


There's at least four different Police teams only (Uganda, Botswana, Congo and Zanzibar [sic]), an entire army (Morocco) and two transport company (Angola and Mozambique).

Also, welcome Comoros Islands to the FIFA family, their representative play a local derby v. a Mauritius club.

A lot of the usual big names there, Al Ahly, Etoile Shael, Raja Casablanca, Hearts of Oak, ASEC Abidjan. I put my money on the winner being one of those. Few big name absentees like Zamalek and Esperance.

I see Orlando Pirates of South Africa got the Swaziland team. There won't be many borders crossed there.:D
