3-0 to Linfield. Final Score. Hattrick from Glen Ferguson. Glens look like a better footballing side but they performed poorly. Linfield's defence looked very strong. Linfield are averaging 4 goals a game in the league and are undefeated. No doubt they will see no reason why they can't reclaim their Setanta title.
While i think that most of the eircom league sides are technically better, Linfield are a great side right now ... tough task for anyone up against them!
I have to say I agree but then we took that attitude into the last Setanta. Jeffrey certainly has them fired up and motivated. They're not just beating teams, they're murdering them. Have to say, they played a lot better football in the Setanta. For me Linfield resemble Shels and Cork Glens. Glens seem to be more nimble and capable of fluid football but Linfield are physically stronger and have strong strikers.Quote:
