The Lyric in Soho is a great wee Irish boozer - will def have it on.
Waxy O'Conors will definitely have it on.Quote:

If it's the Square Mile you're after, try Ryan's Bar on Carter Lane, EC4 - the heart of the City. They'll be showing the game - there's a 50% chance that's where I'll be watching it.

I don't live in London, but my brother does and he goes to a pub called the Shankee in Ealing North. Its literally across the road from the tube exit. He says its quite good, a proper irish pub
The Shanekee is opposite Ealing Broadway tube, its fairly small, won't have a large screen. O'Donahughes on the Goldhawk Rd, Shepherds Bush is a great pub for Ireland games. Any of you know if we can get this one in Canada?
Is Waxy's in Leicester Square? If its the place I'm thinking of it would be a good place to watch the match.Quote:

The Lyric is obnoxiously small, and the Landlord is a rabidly narrow-minded Eircom League hating redneck. Anyone on this forum with any self-respect should avoid the place like the clap....Quote:

Though helpfully none of these are in the City.....
