If they want to "protect" their brand why don't they do something about the service they provide to their customers?!?!?

in fairness it could have been worded better and to curse in the article is just taking away from the point. could have been better constructed big time.
In fairness its not Adam' s article, just an article on his plight. Know one bloke who hasn't been charged by BT for well over a year. He doesn't complain mind...
There's talk on the TelcoWatch forum that BT waives fees for accounts that haven't been billed for more than three months, but I'm pretty sure it's confused Britishers completely missing the 'ireland' part of btireland-sucks.com. :)
Paul, I've tipped you off before about that trigger finger of yours. You should really see a doctor about that.
There was a bit in the Business Post about this too. Seems remarkably counter-productive from BT's point of view.

Hey look some domain addresses available... www.beecher-sucks.com ;) :D
Most of my critics don't have the imagination pete. One of them will probably register it now based on your suggestion though, and put up something unimaginative to "get" me for being a "fascist".
Was going to, but now I'm going to criticise your ego...Quote:
