Harvey Vale has switched to Ireland today, according to the FIFA Change of Association Platform. An attacking midfielder who made seven appearances for Chelsea before signing for QPR last year. I didn't know he was eligible, but he's an interesting player. A bolter for the March squad maybe?
At 40 seconds into the video below you can watch his goal against Wrexham earlier in the year, which will no doubt have the player tracker pages absolutely creaming themselves.
In his first league game since declaring, against Leicester City, he scored, assisted via a corner delivery and forced an OG in a 3-1 away win. Not bad.

Rumours I'm starting that he'll be called up because of the timing of the switch and based on language from the Stoke manager we'll see Lawal getting called up as well

Two more assists for Vale today in a 6-1 win for QPR. People would be going crazy if Andrew Moran was showing this kind of form. Vale is the same age as Moran, plays a similar role and looks to be absolutely miles ahead of him.

Well, Moran had a great game on Friday on his second Preston start and chipped in with an assist, so not sure if that's correct!
But will any player coming into Thursday on a bit of form alright.

Vale has a goal and four assists in the two games since declaring. Moran struggling to get his starting place at Preston. That assist brings his total for the season to two (the other coming against Real Salt Lake). Hopefully he can kick on but it's looking like another disappointing season for him overall.

To be fair I'd hope both of them will be quality ball playing midfielder s. Obviously Vale has come through a much better youth system at Chelsea than moran had at Brighton but having 3 ball.players in azaz , Vale and moran who can play as 10s will be a great asset to us hopefully when evan is fit and we are playing 532 with partott and evan up top
