The Full Octave

Hi Guys,

I have a new website/forum being launched and I would be very greatful for you all to go and visit it and see if you like it. Basically it is a site for Music lovers of any genre to discuss and listen to music of their liking. It will feature music from up and coming bands also. I have a number of bands willing to submit their music to be sampled already and its my hope that I can expand this greatly. I am also running competitions for people to win Cds, concert tickets, band merchandise etc so you may get something out of it!!! Everyone loves a freebie.

Now the website is following but for now the forum is fully running and operational. I thought I'd mention it here.

I am hoping to get this one off the ground so please, email your friends and tell them about it. Also if you are part of a band or know a band looking for exposure, tell them to mail admin@thefulloctave.com

Once I hit 50 users , the job is yours if you want it. With a low level of users, mods are not needed, but I intend if this works out to have a number of mods. You are first in line? That ok?

Btw I have got some cool bands for the Sound Cellar. I am awaiting details from 4. And I have a number coming back to me. Nice place to get to hear new tunes. I really liking Jaded Sun. I already like PandaKoPanda.

There's a good band doing the rounds in town called the Natural (I think). Would be worth finding out more about them, they'd definitely pull in loadsa fans.

I have managed to get 10 bands to agree to demo their music. I will be adding 7 more this evening. One or two are well known and I know one or two Cork lads will be happy!!!

It's great to have another forum where I can discuss things, it eventually takes care of that final hour at work that I need to fill everyday :D

Thank tiktok. Obviously its quiet now but hopefully I'll get a bit of a buzz going. Post as much as you care to to get a few threads going. I have a Cork treat later on for to make up for the draw in Longford ;)
