Cork City won a Premier Division game last night. Just in case CCFC supporters living abroad think this message board is gone totally asleep!
Flynnie, Big Derek and Roy O'Donovan put one apiece past Bray Wanderers. Kearney, Georgie and Flynnie went close, and Danny Murphy stopped two on the line.
Just because TG4 broadcast the game live, doesn't mean we can leave the game pass without giving it honourable mention on foot.ie
Excellent win, fantastic performance and it could have been 6 or 7.
Bray keeper was MOTM, some fantastic saves.
We were poor. I can't believe what happened for the first goal!! Cork seemed to stroll through it, unfortunately. Pity Behan's goal was disallowed, was a good finish.
I think what sums up our night is that Danny Murphy came closest for us. :o
