Not just one of the greatest Irish players - but one of the greatest of all time. Anyone of my age and older will know of the impact Charlie Hurley had on football in the 1960s.
Johnny Giles said of Charlie Hurley - "He could play out from the back and was before his time. He was a big fella, excellent in the air and had terrific control."
