I was listening rugby talk on the radio about Leinster the other day & tey call their reserve/u-21 team the 'Academy'.
I think it gives much better impression & the eL would do well to adopt simialr name.
If an eL club could say had Academy team instead of u-21 team would appear more professional.

In France they call the u-21 team the 'espoirs' (which means the 'hopefuls').
In fairness I don't think you're going to create too much excitement around the u-21 league no matter what you call it, but it should definately be held up as a useful target for young players here who think that the only way to succeed is by going to England.

I know won't make any difference to attendances but would sound better if could call it say the Derry City Academy.
