Winning Criteria
1. The user with the highest score over their opponent will become the Predictions League Winner for 2023.
2. In the event of a tie, the user with the most maximum point scores will win. If scores remain level, highest cumulative points total from all Predictions Cup rounds. If still level, most correct scores from all Predictions Cup rounds.
3. If both users do not post any prediction, then the user with the highest cumulative points total from all Predictions Cup rounds will win.
