After his two goals against Longford in the cup i thought Farren deserved a bit of praise ;) He has been outstanding this season for Derry, He is a quality player and finisher. He is probably the best striker in the league this season IMO :rolleyes:

The best about it is, Farren came through the Under 21s, i always love to see local players excel, he could possibly become another Liam Coyle, although that will be a hard act to follow.
We noticed Farren for the first time when he scored a hatrick in the play-off against Limerick a few years back.
Quality player, he is also very fast.

Believe it or not i actualli noticed him a few months before the Limerick match playing for the U21's he played against Galway in St.Columbs Park was outstanding and scored a hatrick from left midfield.
I mean for Ireland or NI.
