So my best frontman is Ian McCulloch.
Other very good ones:
Brian Molko (Placebo)
Morrissey (The Smiths)
James Dean Bradfield (Manic Street Preachers)
Bono (U2)
Marilyn Manson (M. Manson)
Matthew Bellamy (Muse) -- really amazing vocal reach he has
Peter Murphy (Bauhaus)
Nicola Sirkis (Indochine)
Worst lead singers:
Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit)
Rob Zombie (White Zombie)
...
difficult one, most singers I dislike happen to be solo vocalists...
Best:
Definetely Lynott of Thin Lizzy
Top 3 : Bono
Liam Gallagher
Michael Stipe
Worst 3 : Chris Martin
Jon Bon Jovi
Adam Duritz
Only did modern bands, obviously Morrison etc would prob make top 3 otherwise
On the basis of my own opinion. And here are my reasons:Quote:

Justin Hawkins:Thinks he the real rock frontman whilst he nothing but a whiny frontman fronting a fairly average band
Bono: Smug self important git, He does bring public attention to a lot of worthy causes but this is what I think anyone with his fame should be doing. U2 are a fairly average band(although i do like a few of their songs) they are the most overratted band on the planet

one for the best front men doing the rounds at the moment has to be
Ollie Cole - turn
Feargal McKee of Whipping Boy was always impressive. I see he has solo stuff due out soon. I'm awaiting that with interest.
