Totally agree there .... but a bit cautious considering the whole history of this thing ..... and why does everything at City these days have to be such an ordeal ??Quote:

I meant to day too...if we can have back the version of George we had for the first 10 games of the season we will win the league for sure.
With that form an Ireland callup while unlikely wouldn't be impossible.
fair play lads....and what a way to celebrate - scoring that classic in front of the shed for waterford..... :D
O'Callaghan signs new deal
Cork City received a massive boost yesterday when influential midfielder George O'Callaghan finally put pen to paper on a contract extension.
There had been doubts about his future earlier in the year but they were allayed when he agreed to a new deal keeping at the club until 2007. However, he had delayed on signing and only finalised the deal this week.

i think fair play boy was right when he said George needs a rest. And he gets it now till the Derry match. People go way over the top with their criticism of him. Just because he was playing so well early season and is enduring a dip in form. Would they prefer he wasnt so good previously? And if Pat Dolan is his friend and advises him so what. And Pat Dolan went to Reading to assist Kevin Doyle get a good deal. Well best of luck to Kevin who gave all when he was a City player and best of luck to Pat who gave his best when he was our manager.
This kind of crap makes me nauseous. You're surely takin the wee wee.Quote:
