One-time Ku Klux Klan leader Edgar Ray Killen has been jailed for 60 years for masterminding the 1964 murders of three civil rights workers in Mississippi.

Great news. Fantastsic to see the judges not afraid to jail someone just beacuse he is a 'preacher'. All he ever preached was probably shíte.

agreed. But I must say, I'm sick of hearing judges taking people's age into account when they are being sentenced a long time after the crime- you see it all the time here with sex abuse cases. If you commit a crime, you do the punishment whether you get caught 5 minutes, 5 years or 50 years after.Quote:

I've seen several documentaries on this. Absolutely disgusting act. I'm delighted to see some justice done, even if it is far too late in coming.
He will be in solitary confinement when he goes to prison. I say put him in general population with Antwan and Bubba!
