Of course, players may be suspended for a further duration if their "crime" merits. Telling a referee he's a joke (Alan Kelly) merits an automatic sending-off and suspension. He gave one of our players a push in the back and sent him into the advertising hoardings; those nearer the incident said it was probably more a punch than a push. Was amazed to see the red myself, but in fairness to the ref, he was right up with play and had no hesitation.Quote:
