Isn’t the USL just Donegal and Derry?
I’m wondering why they couldn’t get a team together for the USL but can for the Donegal Junior League.

Donegal League and Inishowen League won't work together with the Ulster Senior League to form a proper top tier intermediate structure.
They're going ahead with just five teams this season, two of those reserve sides in Harps and Derry. It's a disgrace.
Be a strange league with only 5 teams in it, play each team 4 times I guess. Have teams from Cavan/Monaghan ever participated in the USL? Any chance they could entice sides from Derry or West Tyrone to join?
