Poor first half with City playing 4-3-3
Tynan replaced Long at half time and the switch to 4-4-2 worked with City playing much better.
Fenn gets the assist for both goals and had a very good game. His skill is unreal – pity there’s no place for him in the first 11.
Gamble was quiet enough at times but when he got going he looked sharp enough.
Goals for Kev Murray and Flynny
Nults
Lordan Derek Greg Danny
Gamble Murray Lally
Long Fenn Flynny
Tynan for Long
Softic for Murray
Avondala had Hartigan, Cotter and Johnny C as a sub late on.

Fenn was head and shoulders above everybody else on the pitch. He has more skill than the other 25 players put together. (subs included)
Johnny C caused a little panic for a while when he came on, but City were comfortable enough, 2nd half was much better.

As a city/avondale fan i must say i was disappointed avondale couldn't field a full team! Theres a few long term injuries, that possibly cost us the msl. If ye looked closely, damian o connell was also at the match. He was in the city squad at some stage also. Disgusted i missed it.
Heard fenn played well, how many people were there?
