Toilet roll and vera lynn's :D
A ticket
Heres a list I did for a few people that were going for the first time last year and asked me what they should bring
Ticket
Bottle(s) for water(can be filled at several areas in campsite)
-A few spare bottle caps(as caps are removed by vendors)
Food,(Pot Noddle/rice come in handy)
Sunscreen
Toilet Paper, Toothbrush & toothpaste.
Wet wipes
Towel
Sleeping bag and Change of clothes. (Several pairs of socks)
Stereo
Torch
Deodorant
Sunglasses
Rain jacket
wellies
Lock for tent
Alcohol
Nice one Neish. That's a pretty accurate summing up of what you need. Three times at witnness/oxegen and still hadn't worked that out. Still though, out of the list, ticket and alcohol are probably the only ones i'll remember to bring!Quote:

My checklist:
9 man tent
Blowup Mattress
Pump
Torch
Rain Poncho
Suncream
Dedorant
Sunglasses
In my car I have:
Changes of clothes
Beer supply
Food supply
Music
A printout of the times and stages the bands are playing.
A blow up/ fold up chair for the campsite.
Something distinctive to put on or near your tent so you can find it in the dark while drunk after the gig.
Heaps of booze, grub, soft drinks/water, cigarettes if you smoke.
Also mobiles rarely work so you have to actually arrange in advance to meet people
Lads whats the story with bring drink in?
Are they strict about it?
Do you have to hide it?
If yes, wheres the best place to hide it?
You can bring cans in no bother, bottles I don't think are meant to be brought in, another point fo the checklist, condoms, better safe then sorry!
Forgive me if I'm been stupid here :o, but how are you meant to cook pot noodles and rice? :confused:Quote:
