Talked to some of those who travelled, apparently Alan Carey's winner two minutes from time was out of the top drawer, I was told that it was an even better free kick goal than the one he got against Sligo.
Apparently Ramblers were under the cosh just before the winning goal. Galway's first goal was a free inside their own half which flew into the net :confused:
Still a win is a win, great to keep it going , well done to all ;)
Great win for Ramblers last night. :) Galway is a hard place to go and win. Hopefully they can pick up another 3pts against Limerick next Friday and be on their way to Premier Division football. COME ON THE RAMS!

WE were awful unlucky not to take 3 points out of the game we had 2 glorious chances towards the end to win the game and to sum up our season so far in a nutshell we conceded an own goal and carey scored the best goal he'll ever score in the last minute :rolleyes: :mad:
Considering our luck last year, we need all the breaks we can get. Alan Carey was not considered good enough for CFC but he has turned on the style so far, long may it continue. :ball:Quote:
